- Booking details you submit yourself: your name, phone number, the service you're interested in, a preferred date and any notes you add.
- Usage data, only if you accept our cookie banner: pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site, collected via Google Analytics.
- Cookie preference: whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, stored locally in your browser.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to and confirm bookings and enquiries.
- To contact you by phone or WhatsApp about a booking you made.
- To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site so we can improve it (only if you've accepted analytics cookies).
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam or abuse.
